Melaleuca Aged Care is a 37 bed facility in the heart of Cowes, Phillip Island. As a small not for profit facility, we have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents, their families and our work mates. We work as a team and provide quality care for our residents, all whilst enjoying living on picturesque Phillip Island.

 What will you be doing?

• Working directly with our residents in a hands on role
• Providing leadership to the care team to provide a high standard of care
• Ensuring legislative requirements and compliance are met
• Ensuring accurate documentation. 
• Holistic assessments of our residents
• Care plan development
• Evaluating and making clinical decisions
• Medication administration
